Description

We’re seeking an Electrical Engineer to design, improve, and support electrical systems across industrial operations. This role blends hands-on troubleshooting with system design, project collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and enhance electrical systems, equipment, and components
Develop specifications, schematics, and technical documentation to meet customer and regulatory requirements
Troubleshoot and program PLC systems (Siemens & Allen-Bradley)
Support project planning through cost estimates, material selection, and technical input
Collaborate with engineering teams, customers, and technicians on new and existing projects
Analyze system performance and generate reports to support improvements
Train and mentor team members while supporting day-to-day operations

Requirements

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
3 to 8 years of relevant engineering experience
Strong knowledge of electrical design, troubleshooting, and applicable codes
Experience with CAD/engineering software tools
PLC expertise (Siemens, Allen-Bradley)
Lean manufacturing exposure is a plus
