BlackVe was founded in 2024 for the explicit purpose of advancing US National Security in Space. We are a privately held company backed by Razor’s Edge Ventures, a private investment firm that exclusively invests in companies that serve US National Security needs. Each of our senior leaders has several decades of National Security space experience in industry and government. BlackVe was founded on the premise of providing quick-turn end-to-end mission system capabilities to meet US National Security needs. With an engineering team headquartered in Albuquerque, NM, an experienced leadership team with strong ties to the Department of Defense and Intelligence Communities, and the commitment to contribute private capital to ensure an on-time delivery at a lower cost to the government, BlackVe is uniquely positioned to provide innovative, responsive new capabilities to the National Security community.
