Position Title: Training Assistants - Training Command
This position supports the National Nuclear Security Administrations (NNSA) Office of Secure Transportation (OST / NA-15). NNSA is a semi-autonomous entity under the Department of Energy (DOE) that supports the Department of Wars nuclear weapon enterprise.
Primary Location: Fort Smith, Arkansas
Travel: Up to 10%
Security Clearance required: Current DOE Q or DoD Top Secret.
Responsibilities:
Perform general office duties to include filing, faxing, typing, record keeping, preparation and distribution of mail, document staffing, telephone answering and forwarding calls. Manage Records Management, Administer and maintain Qualifications and Training Systems; Maintain Training Records for resident Federal, Contractor Training Staff and Federal Agent Candidates. Plan and manage graduation activities. Provide clerical duties in direct support of TRACOM to include managing area access and badging program, manage Light Credentialing System per Homeland Security Residential Directive 12 (HSPD 12) for Federal and Contractor personnel, conduct security briefings, issue visitor badges and HSPD 12 badges.
Requirements:
Must have three years administrative experience. Certifications/Qualifications include Excel, Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
