Are you a speech pathologist who is passionate about ensuring all children and students are welcomed into an inclusive environment and can learn to their full potential?
About the team:
Be part of a multidisciplinary Territory wide team creating positive change and strengthening the link between wellbeing, inclusion and engagement to support our kids.
Work with allied health and special education professionals in a Multi-tiered System of Support framework to build the capability of educators to support students to maximise their educational outcomes.
About the role:
Speech Pathologists perform environmental assessments with students by using observation and interviews with parents and teachers to plan and implement interventions for students with speech, language and communication concerns that may be having a direct impact on educational outcomes.
To be successful you will need to have a degree in speech pathology from an Australian institution, or equivalent, eligibility for membership of Speech Pathology Australia and current working knowledge of paediatric speech pathology services.

Corporate-based conditions apply to this position. The applicant must hold or be able to obtain a Working with Children Notice Clearance and an NT driver’s licence. Visits to remote schools may necessitate travel by four-wheel drive vehicle on unsealed roads or light aircraft and include overnight stays in remote communities of up to four days. Four-wheel drive training will be provided by the NT Department of Education and Training.
