Job Summary:

The Senior Tech Consultant/Infra Ops Specialist will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing our IT infrastructure operations using ServiceNow platforms. With a focus on ITSM ITAM and ITOM the specialist will ensure seamless integration and functionality across systems. This role requires a deep understanding of ServiceNow tools and processes to enhance operational efficiency and drive business success.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize IT infrastructure operations using ServiceNow ITSM ITAM and ITOM platforms to ensure seamless functionality and integration.
• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of ServiceNow modules to enhance operational efficiency and streamline processes.
• Provide expert guidance and support in the configuration and customization of ServiceNow applications to meet business needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• Develop and implement strategies for effective asset management using ServiceNow ITAM to maximize resource utilization.
• Lead efforts to automate routine tasks and workflows using ServiceNow ITOM improving overall productivity and efficiency.
• Monitor system performance and conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Analyze data and generate reports to provide insights into infrastructure performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure the security and integrity of IT systems by implementing robust ServiceNow ITSM protocols and procedures.
• Provide training and support to team members on ServiceNow functionalities fostering a culture of continuous learning.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions using ServiceNow.
• Drive innovation by staying updated with the latest ServiceNow features and functionalities applying them to enhance operations.
• Support the company's mission by ensuring reliable and efficient IT infrastructure contributing to overall business success.

Qualifications

• Possess extensive experience in ServiceNow ITSM ITAM and ITOM demonstrating a strong understanding of platform capabilities.
• Have a proven track record of managing IT infrastructure operations with a focus on ServiceNow tools and processes.
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrate proficiency in configuring and customizing ServiceNow applications to meet specific business requirements.
• Show a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
• Display strong analytical skills to interpret data and generate actionable insights for infrastructure improvement.
• Have experience in training and supporting team members on ServiceNow functionalities promoting a culture of learning.
• Current Australian Citizenship, with / the ability to gain required Government Security Clearances
