Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the team lives Agile values and follows agreed practices.
• Facilitate sprints, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
• Coach team members on Agile frameworks and best practices.
• Remove obstacles and protect the team from distractions.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to manage backlogs and priorities.
• Guide teams to higher levels of Scrum maturity.
• Support cross-functional coordination and stakeholder governance.
• Ensure quality deliverables and continuous improvement
