Our Engineering team is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the systems and technologies that drive Unifonic's solutions. We work closely with other departments to ensure our products and services meet the needs of our customers. If you are passionate about technology and excited about leading teams to deliver cutting-edge communication and engagement solutions, we want you on our team.

As a Program Manager, you will drive initiatives that enhance engineering delivery quality, efficiency, and consistency. Your work will focus on scaling standardized processes, integrating AI automation, and ensuring smooth cross-team collaboration.

Help us shape the future of communication by:

• Expanding coverage to Build, Release, and Rollout phases.
• Standardizing delivery flow for improved execution quality.
• Connecting discovery and delivery in Jira by reducing context switching, adding visibility, and moving faster by seamlessly connecting your ideas to the delivery work happening in Jira.
• Rolling out full Jira automation for lifecycle milestones.
• Ensuring reliable metrics, visibility, and minimal manual effort.
• Leading the adoption of AI agents to automate delivery checks and planning tasks.
• Achieving 100% onboarding of squads to Jira hygiene and DoR/DoD automation.
• Reducing stale/incomplete tickets by 50%+ and prototype AI agents for ticket creation.
• Standardizing dependency tracking with automated Jira workflows and dashboards.
• Managing cross-team initiatives, including security, compliance, and AI adoption.
• Overseeing release checklists and quality measures.
• Refactoring and redesigning engineering documentation.
• Removing obsolete materials and aligning practices across squads.
• Tracking health and progress of individual and team KPIs.
• Providing insights to improve outcomes.
• Driving uniform adoption of engineering tools and technology.
• Organizing P&E events, including All Hands and Office Hours.
• Coordinating architecture and design review committees.
• Building and managing onboarding programs for new engineering resources.
• Acting as a strategic partner to Engineering Directors, aligning initiatives with business goals.

What you'll bring:

• Experience in program or project management within engineering or product organizations.
• Strong knowledge of Jira automation, engineering workflows, and delivery metrics.
• Familiarity with AI tools and their application in process automation.
• Excellent organizational and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Ability to drive change, standardize processes, and improve execution quality.
