Description
You are a strategic thinker passionate about driving solutions in "Investments Due Diligence". You have found the right teamAs a Private Investments Due Diligence Analyst within our Private Investments team, you will be responsible for setting and improving our organizational objectives, and ensuring their consistent accomplishment. You will source and screen private market funds, perform rigorous due diligence, and monitor performance across private equity, private credit, and real assets. You manage the pipeline and processes, build data and Portfolio Manager tools, and deliver clear insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
Job responsibilities
- Develop and maintain product expertise across private equity, private credit, and real assets.
- Source, screen, and execute due diligence on new private market funds across asset classes.
- Monitor fund performance and conduct ongoing analytics against benchmarks and targets.
- Maintain pipeline data, update market maps, and manage diligence workflows end to end.
- Build and maintain data and Portfolio Manager tools for due diligence and fund monitoring.
- Prepare investment memos, diligence summaries, and recommendations for approval forums.
- Collaborate with Portfolio Managers and stakeholders to present findings and insights.
- Assess manager track records, team quality, strategy fit, and operational practices.
- Standardize templates, enhance documentation, and drive continuous process improvements.
- Ensure data quality, version control, and accurate record-keeping across systems.
- Track market trends, GP developments, and fundraising activity to inform pipeline priorities.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree with at least 1 year of relevant experience in Financial Services or Consulting; focus in private equity market research or equity research .
- Strong initiative and confidence completing assignments with limited supervision.
- Proven ability to focus on complex tasks with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written, presentation, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and solve problems and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Experience with Private Equity investments or familiarity with alternative investment strategies and structures preferred.
