Join our Central Migration Office (CMO) Client Support & Execution team to lead high‑impact migrations for complex Merchant and Treasury Services clients. You will partner across Product, Service, Implementations, and Technology to deliver seamless platform transitions and exceptional client experiences. As a Migrations Technical Implementation Manager / Associate within the CMO Client Support & Execution team, you will own end‑to‑end client migration execution across legacy and target platforms. You will coordinate testing, funding readiness, and stakeholder communications while resolving issues and mitigating risks. You will also drive continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements and contributing to automation initiatives.
Job Responsibilities
- Serve as primary client advocate for Merchant, Treasury, and Digital Design migration projects, owning an assigned portfolio.
- Lead integration testing by defining scope, building test plans, executing cycles, and securing production readiness.
- Collaborate closely with CMO Project Managers, Product, Service, Implementations, and Technology for smooth cutovers.
- Conduct regular client and stakeholder meetings, documenting actions, risks, and decisions with clear follow‑ups.
- Communicate timely status updates to Service and Relationship teams on migration progress and milestones.
- Demonstrate ownership by driving client satisfaction and resolving issues with sound judgment and urgency.
- Identify potential roadblocks early, perform root‑cause analysis, and escalate appropriately with remediation plans.
- Manage multiple concurrent requests using strong project management and prioritization disciplines.
- Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high quality and adherence to SLAs.
- Configure or guide product setup and facilitate end‑to‑end test execution for clients and internal teams.
- Document processes, lessons learned, and enhancement opportunities to improve future migration waves.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication, translating complex topics for clients and stakeholders.
- Exhibit strong logical and analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Manage multiple work streams simultaneously, applying disciplined time and work management.
- Apply hands‑on knowledge of product testing across system, regression, and UAT phases.
- Hold an engineering degree and bring 5+ years in banking/financial services or treasury product implementation with a technical background.
- Collaborate effectively across cross‑functional teams to drive timely, high‑quality outcomes.
- Commit to evening/night shift coverage as required to support client cutovers and testing windows.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bring experience in client migrations, onboarding, and implementation programs.
- Leverage familiarity with legacy and target platforms in Merchant Services and Treasury Services.
- Utilize API/file integration and test data management knowledge to streamline test execution.
- Apply project management tools and frameworks to plan, track, and report progress.
- Drive process improvements and light automation to enhance efficiency and control.
- Influence stakeholders and negotiate timelines while balancing client needs and risk controls.
- Produce clear MIS and executive‑ready status reporting for leadership and partner teams.
