How you will make an impact:

You become part of the front-line team entrusted with the responsibility of creating the paper and security products that our customers and their economies run on. Your focus on safety, quality and delivery will help strengthen your fellow team members and deliver on the core metrics that fuel the business. You will get the chance to expand on your current skillset by working in manufacturing processes fueled by technology pushing the next generation of currency around the world.

• Provide support to the Boiler Operator by preparing materials for the boiler feed conveyor, which includes cutting and removing wires and sacking from bales, and ensuring the material is properly directed into the boiler via the feed conveyor.

• Isolate nonconforming material according to documented procedures.

• Install and remove the rotary boiler head.

• Receive incoming bales on the second and third shifts.

• Maintain records of inventory and enter bale usage into computer.

• Dispose of burnable waste to the compactor.

• Bail burlap.

• Ensure the fork trucks are charged and inspect/complete fork truck check list at each shift.

Knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Industrial experience, preferred

• Basic mathematical skills

• Ability to use and read a ruler

• Ability to understand and follow operating/safe job procedures

• Ability to obtain and maintain an internal hoisting certificate

The salary range for this role is $25.64 29.23 hourly. Pay is based on multiple factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials, and location. We also offer generous shift differentials including 7.5% for 2^nd shift and 10% for 3^rd shift.
