Description
Be a part of a high impact team supporting the various facets of the elective learning and development agenda in support of Risk Management and Compliance.As a Learning Lead II, within our team, you will be responsible for various activities including supporting training programs and strategies, helping with training need identifications, collecting feedback on training initiatives, and reporting on training metrics. In addition, you will be supporting the learning partner as the work to identify the appropriate training solution in support of the learning priorities for Risk Management and Compliance.
Job responsibilities
- Support the RM&C Learning Partner in delivering on the various learning priorities identified
- Leverage various learning tools to develop learning content
- Provide end to end project management for logistics, materials and communications related to the offerings supporting Risk Management & Compliance
- Own metric reporting for learning offerings
- Ensure all learning activities are created in the learning platform and monitor activity status until completion
- Demonstrate strong familiarity with project management and analysis software, including Excel, Access, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and PitchPro.
- Identify opportunities to automate or streamline current processes to drive efficiency
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Strong project management skills
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Comfortable in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and time management skills
- Work in a matrix environment with indirect management of project resources that are geographically distributed and culturally diverse
- Highly disciplined, organized, self-motivated, and delivery-focused, who is able to work independently and perform in a high pressure and fast paced environment with proven flexibility, detailed oriented, adaptability and reliability
- Proven expertise in excel and the development/maintenance of metrics and reporting
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Knowledge of Risk Management and Compliance is a plus
- 3+ years' experience preferably in the financial services industry, with a focus on training, learning and development, human resources and/or program management
