Description
OverviewThis part-time (20 hours/week) permanent position manages day-to-day golf operations, oversees tournament planning, supervises staff assignments, and maintains inventory for the pro shop.
Key duties include:
Developing and enforcing golf-operations procedures
Assigning staff and coordinating tournament operations
Overseeing pro shop inventory, ordering, and merchandise control
Utilizing point-of-sale systems such as RecTrac or Golf Genesis
Experience Required
Experience managing or supervising a golf facility function (tournaments, pro shop, scheduling, or administration)
Knowledge of GHIN, amateur golf rules, and golf-related equipment
Ability to manage and maximize a tee sheet; PGA Class A membership preferred
Must obtain ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification within six months of hire
Must be able to lift 40 lbs and pass a pre-employment physical
