Description
Join a high‑impact team shaping how JPMorgan Chase delivers data‑driven client and operational excellence across the Commercial & Investment Bank. You'll operate at the intersection of finance, operations, and technology to improve data reliability, cycle time, and transparency at scale. Your work will power insights for thousands of users through Qlik dashboards, cubes, and downstream data services.As an Operations Associate within the Crescendo Platform group, you ensure end‑to‑end feed monitoring, data quality, and timely data delivery on AWS. You partner with global finance, operations, and technology teams to run daily cycles and meet SLAs for 3,000+ feeds. You translate operational insights into continuous process improvements that enhance client experience and internal efficiency.
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure timely, high‑quality data delivery across finance, operations, and technology partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with global stakeholders.
- Communicate impacts, updates, and deliverables promptly across time zones.
- Oversee 3,000+ data feeds, monitor health, and enforce SLAs with clear escalation paths.
- Publish daily reporting to Qlik dashboards, OLAP cubes, and data services.
- Diagnose and resolve data quality and processing issues at root cause.
- Analyze patterns to proactively prevent incidents and reduce cycle time.
- Streamline workflows and automate manual steps for operational efficiency.
- Coordinate and execute testing for new functional releases and patches.
- Document procedures, runbooks, and data lineage for auditability and transparency.
- Collaborate with program leadership to track milestones and deliver on AWS services.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
- Hold a BS/BA degree.
- Bring 5+ years executing production operating models across business lines in financial services to deliver quality data on time.
- Execute strategic process and technology initiatives aligned to business and finance goals.
- Adapt to a changing business landscape and challenge the status quo constructively.
- Focus on key issues and drive initiatives to clear, measurable conclusions.
- Communicate clearly and build strong stakeholder relationships across global teams.
- Use Microsoft Office and SQL proficiently and understand foundational AWS concepts.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
- Demonstrate hands‑on experience operating in AWS environments.
- Apply Agile practices to plan, prioritize, and deliver iterative improvements.
- Use Python to support data tooling, automation, and quality checks.
- Visualize insights with Tableau and enhance dashboard usability.
- Leverage experience with Qlik, OLAP cubes, and downstream data services.
- Implement data quality frameworks, monitoring, and alerting at scale.
- Automate feed monitoring, reporting pipelines, and SLA tracking for resiliency.
