We are currently hiring a Compensation Analyst for our Human Resources Team! The Compensation Analyst supports the design, analysis, administration, and continuous improvement of compensation programs across the organization, including provider compensation models.
This position extends beyond a technical pay administration role. It aligns compensation strategy with business objectives, serves as a trusted advisor to leaders, advances organizational performance, and delivers measurable results within a complex healthcare environment.
The Compensation Analyst is responsible for market benchmarking, job evaluation, salary structure maintenance, and provider pay modeling at a dynamic, growing healthcare organization. This role ensures compensation programs are competitive, equitable, financially sustainable, and compliant with applicable regulations while partnering closely with HR leadership, Finance, and operational leaders to support strategic decision-making.
Job duties include, but are not limited to:
Conduct market compensation analysis using Economic Research Institute (ERI), healthcare, and other relevant compensation surveys
Evaluate jobs for FLSA exemption classification, maintain salary ranges, and pay structures
Support annual merit, market adjustment, and promotional increase processes, including budgeting
Develop analytics, dashboards, and costing models for leadership for base pay and variable incentive pay calculations
Ability to provide both detailed analytical reporting and simplified executive summary analysis to support recommendations and decision-making
Support the analysis and administration of provider compensation plans (e.g., base, productivity, quality incentives)
Model compensation scenarios for new provider hires, renewals, and organizational growth
Analyze wRVU, conversion factor, and other productivity data for benchmarking and plan evaluation
Monitor healthcare labor and provider compensation market trends
Support compensation-related initiatives tied to organizational growth and service expansion
Collaborates with recruiters to prepare and maintain job descriptions for each position in the organization; ensures descriptions accurately reflect the work being performed by incumbents.
Ensure compensation data accuracy across systems, including Paycom and finance systems, run routine and ad-hoc reports, assist with audits, and effectively communicate findings to leadership
Performs accounting duties in the Finance software.
Provides information and advisement as needed regarding personnel policies and procedures.
Performs other HR and Finance duties as assigned.

Requirements
- Must align with OKCIC vision, mission, and core values.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
- 5 or more years of compensation experience, including provider compensation analysis.
- Experience working with productivity-based provider pay models (wRVU or similar).
- Strong analytical and advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with ERI or similar market pricing tools.
- HRIS experience (Paycom strongly preferred).
- Understanding of pay equity and compensation compliance.
- High level of discretion with sensitive compensation data.
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) preferred.
