Job Summary
As a KYC Manager within the KYC Operations team, you will oversee a team of Analysts and Reviewers to ensure all client KYC records meet regulatory standards. You will drive high-quality and timely completion of due diligence requirements at onboarding and renewal stages. You will also proactively improve processes and manage escalations to maintain firmwide quality standards.

Job Responsibilities

• Understand and implement KYC standards, guidelines, policies, and procedures
• Select, manage performance, and develop employees within the assigned team
• Analyze daily and monthly metrics to evaluate team performance and capability
• Effectively address escalated issues from internal or external customers
• Drive process improvements and implement necessary changes
• Create an effective team through continuous communication and timely feedback
• Manage priorities across the wider function
• Ensure timely completion of all client-level due diligence requirements
• Maintain high customer service standards in resolving inquiries and escalations
• Monitor compliance with regulatory and firmwide quality standards
• Support strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

• Hold a Bachelor's or Graduate Degree
• Demonstrate 9+ years' experience in Financial Services with AML, KYC, and compliance expertise
• Lead new teams with limited Subject Matter Expertise
• Exhibit outstanding client management, partnership building, and leadership skills
• Utilize computer skills in Lotus Notes and Microsoft Office Suite
• Foster and champion a High Performance Culture
• Develop and lead a team responsive to organizational and operational changes
