As a Client Asset Servicing Analyst you will join the Client Asset Servicing Team which manages the processing and execution of Corporate Actions, Proxy and Dividend events. You will be required to accurately and timely process and execute these events whilst adhering to strict deadlines in line with regulatory requirements.

Job responsibilities

• Monitor market announcements and ensure upcoming events are accurately recorded
• Reconcile entitled positions, investigate and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
• Set up parameters to communicate to Participants accurately and timely in line with Market announcements
• Track participant votes and elections and ensure these are submitted to the settlements team to submit to the Market within set deadlines
• Monitor and respond to Participant queries timely and accurately
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

• Experience within Share Plans or Broker Services, specifically with Corporate Action and Proxy service experience.
• Demonstrate strong organization skills
• Solid Excel knowledge
• Analytical, inquisitive, interested in learning
• Demonstrate responsibility and dependability, show strong team spirit
• Show strong accuracy and attention to detail
• Proven track record in building and maintaining internal relationships
