Description
Secure Access Group, LLC is seeking an experienced Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) to support the Georgia Army National Guard Industrial Hygiene Technical Support Services Contract. This position provides technical industrial hygiene expertise supporting military occupational health programs across the State of Georgia.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced industrial hygiene professional looking to support military readiness while working with a growing federal government contractor.
Responsibilities
The selected candidate will provide technical industrial hygiene support, including:
Conduct industrial hygiene evaluations and workplace exposure assessments.
Perform air sampling, noise monitoring, ventilation assessments, and hazard evaluations.
Evaluate chemical, biological, and physical workplace hazards.
Review engineering controls and recommend corrective actions.
Prepare and review technical industrial hygiene reports.
Assist with program evaluations and regulatory compliance.
Develop and review industrial hygiene training materials.
Provide technical recommendations to government personnel.
Travel to military facilities throughout Georgia as required.

Requirements
Current Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) certification issued by the Board for Global EHS Credentialing (BGC).
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
Minimum 20 years of professional Industrial Hygiene experience.
Strong knowledge of OSHA, NIOSH, DoD, and industrial hygiene standards.
Experience conducting industrial hygiene surveys and exposure assessments.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to obtain and maintain any required government background investigation and installation access.
Preferred Qualifications
Preference may be given to candidates with:
Prior Department of Defense or military experience.
Experience supporting federal occupational health programs.
Experience developing technical reports and training materials.
Experience working with Army, Air National Guard, or other military organizations.
Physical Requirements
Ability to travel approximately 25% throughout Georgia.
Ability to perform field inspections and industrial hygiene surveys.
Ability to work in office, industrial, and military environments.
