If you are a driven leader with a passion for product management, innovation, and regional team leadership, we invite you to apply and help us re-imagine the future of operations in Mumbai and beyond.As the Vice President serving as Senior Product Manager for Unity within our AI-enabled workflow automation platform, you will support the strategy, vision, and roadmap for Unity, focusing on AI-enabled workflow automation, including email query and exception resolution. As a part of the Regional Team Leader for India/Asia Pacific, you will lead the Mumbai-based Product, Product Services, and Dashboarding team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture. You will challenge existing processes to reimagine and improve them, rather than replicating current methods. You will develop and execute workflow strategies across Markets and the Corporate and Investment Bank, prioritizing scalable solutions and self-service capabilities. Maintaining a strategic perspective, you will ensure Unity's solutions align regionally and globally with business objectives. Utilizing analytics and metrics, you will measure success, inform strategy, and promote continuous improvement. You will build strong relationships and collaborate across Operations, Artificial Intelligence, User Experience, Product, and Technology teams, as well as with regional and global stakeholders. Demonstrating thought leadership in workflow automation, business operations, AI, technology, and UX, you will challenge and inspire innovation. You will clearly articulate product vision and strategy to team members and stakeholders at all levels. Ensuring timely and effective delivery of impactful solutions, you will manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while continually seeking opportunities to redefine and improve the operational landscape.
Job responsibilities
- Support the strategy, vision, and roadmap for Unity, focusing on AI-enabled workflow automation (email query and exception resolution).
- Lead the Mumbai-based Product, Product Services, and Dashboarding team, providing direction, mentorship, and a collaborative, high-performing culture.
- Challenge existing processes and operating models to reimagine and improve them rather than replicate current methods.
- Develop and execute workflow strategies across Markets and the CIB, prioritizing scalable solutions and self-service capabilities.
- Maintain a strategic, big-picture perspective to ensure Unity's solutions align regionally and globally with business objectives.
- Use analytics and metrics to measure success, inform strategy, and drive continuous improvement.
- Build strong relationships and collaborate across Operations, AI, UX, Product, and Technology teams, and with regional and global stakeholders.
- Demonstrate thought leadership in workflow automation, business operations, AI, technology, and UX to challenge and inspire innovation.
- Articulate product vision and strategy clearly to team members and stakeholders at all levels.
- Ensure timely, effective delivery of impactful solutions while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Exhibit curiosity and integrity by continually seeking opportunities to redefine and improve the operational landscape.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Significant experience in product management, workflow automation, AI, or technology-driven operations.
- Experience with operations in a financial services setting.
- Experience working closely with technology teams or from a technical background.
- Proven leadership and people management skills, with experience leading regional or cross-functional teams.
- Strong business acumen and operational knowledge, within financial services or related industries.
- Experience in process design, operating model transformation, and change management.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams (Ops, AI, UX, Product, Tech).
- Strategic thinker with a track record of delivering innovative solutions and driving business outcomes.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in analytics, measurement, and continuous improvement.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Experience with email query resolution automation and exception resolution automation.
- Experience in Process Re-Design/Re-Imagination at Scale
- Familiarity with dashboarding tools, UX principles, and user-centric product design.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical background or education in a technology discipline (such as Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field).
