What You Will Do
- Administer the program operations of the Project Success Program and manage the direct services to program participants.
- Supervise and evaluate staff, and manage the administrative and programmatic functions of the program.
- Plan and implement program activities to ensure the program serves the population it is funded to serve and that participant needs, goals, and objectives are achieved.
- Establish and maintain partnerships and collaborative activities within both the internal and external community, maintaining regular communication with partnering agencies to support program components, recruitment, and activities.
- Complete, collect, maintain, and update all necessary paperwork for students and staff to ensure compliance with DCFS licensing standards.
- Prepare and submit program proposals and continuation applications for continued funding, and develop and maintain a budget to ensure spending remains within allocated amounts.
- Ensure fiscal transactions, payments, and billings are completed accurately, researches supplemental funding opportunities, plan programmatic activities, and send monthly correspondence to parents and families.

Minimum Acceptable Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in Education, Counseling, Administration, Supervision or related field.
- Three years administrative experience working with supplemental and second tier educational programs preferred.
- Experience working in related educational and/or other programs for youth from low-income/disadvantaged backgrounds.
- Extensive knowledge and sensitivity toward problems of minority and disadvantaged students.
